Measurement Conversion Chart

In the kitchen, measurements may be in thre ways:  weight, volume and count.

Weight.- Refers to the mass or heavines of a substance
Volume.- refers to the space occupied by a substance
Count.-refers to the number of individual items.

The measurement formats of weight, volume and caunt are used in the Imperial, U.S. and Metric  measurement systems.
Because it will sometimes e necessary to convert weights or measurements from the metric system to the U.S. system you can use the next conversion chart to simplify this job.
